300T/D SOLVENT EXTRACTION LINE
Project Overview
To ease the shortage of domestic edible oil and high-protein feed in Egypt, a local leading agricultural enterprise invested in a 300 tons per day soybean solvent extraction project. After 3 months of equipment production, cross-border shipment, on-site installation and commissioning, the full-set soybean oil extraction line independently supplied by CZA Machinery was officially put into stable operation in the Nile Delta region of Egypt in 2026. Targeting Egypt’s hot arid climate, unstable power supply and local feed market demand, we completed full customized modification instead of standard general equipment, solving regional production pain points for the client. Currently, the production line runs 24-hour uninterrupted operation, meeting local food safety and environmental inspection standards.
