100T/D Oil Production Line in Russia
Project Overview
Driven by Russia’s policy of boosting domestic agricultural self-sufficiency, local small and medium-sized oil mills are upgrading backward single screw oil presses to integrated continuous oil production lines. A private agricultural client based in the Volga Federal District cooperated with CZA Machinery to build a 100 tons per day multi-purpose edible oil production line. The whole line finished factory testing, sea transportation, on-site assembly and cold resistance debugging within 2.5 months, and achieved formal stable operation in early 2026.
Different from tropical region projects, this line was fully customized to adapt to Russia’s long cold winter, low ambient temperature and unstable outdoor water supply. It supports simultaneous processing of soybeans, sunflower seeds and rapeseeds, matching the mainstream local oilseed planting structure, and meets Russian GOST food safety and winter environmental emission standards.
Basic Project Parameters
