Oil filling line in Nigeria
Project Overview
Nigeria is the largest edible oil consumption market in West Africa, with soaring demand for packaged branded cooking oil. Most local oil processors only produce bulk crude oil and lack standardized refining and automatic filling equipment. To seize the packaged edible oil market gap, a local food trading enterprise cooperated with CZA Machinery to launch a matched edible oil refining and automatic filling integrated line. The whole project including equipment production, cross-border logistics, on-site installation and staff training was completed within 2 months, and officially put into commercial operation in Lagos in mid-2026.
Customized for Nigeria’s tropical humid climate, frequent power outages and low local labor proficiency, the line integrates degumming, deacidification, bleaching, deodorization and fully automatic bottle washing, filling, capping and labeling. It adapts to local unstable power supply and high humidity, meeting NAFDAC food safety standards and West African market packaging specifications.
